    I think it says like 150 jelqs or so, but i think that really means 300 because I heard a stroke only counts after you use each hand. 300 jelqs at 5 seconds per rep would be 25 minutes, which i heard was too much. Can someone help me unerstand. Haven't had many gains yet..

    and i've been doing 4 on 2 off routine. Is that too much early on? My dick feels fine. Always has alot of blood in it.

    No don't get confused. Some people count 2 jelqs as 1, or whatever. That's a very confusing way to do it.

    One jelq = one jelq. That's pretty simple

    The 90 day beginner routine tells you to do 150 wet ok grip jelqs and 90 V grip jelqs. In my opinion, that's way too much. It depends on everybody, but I think 100 wet ok grip jelqs and 60 V jelqs is more than enough.

    Split it up into sets, so you get:
    -50 Wet Jelqs, ok grip
    -30 V jelqs
    -50 Wet jelqs
    -30 V jelqs

    A beginner (0-2 months training) should spend about *5-15 minutes total on "PE" exercises with the warm ups, cool downs, and stamina work making up the rest of your routine. Remember, quality is more important than quantity when it comes to PE- especially when you're doing manual exercises.

    *Some beginners may be able to get away with even less work if the initially recommended reps prove too much for them.

    Hey

    I was just wondering, should i stick to the 2 sets of 50 wet jelqs and 30 v jelqs or should i stop after 1 set? 1 set (50 wet jelqs and 30 v jelqs) usually takes around 12 minutes . And i wanna make sure that i dont go overboard, but i also want to make sure i get the most out of my workout, so should i go for the 100 wet and 60 v or should i just stop after my first set?

    Doing all of your work in one set will make the workout more difficult. You'll also want to increase reps and intensity regularly. You can't force progress if you're doing the same workout day after day.
