How long until your first gains?

Just a quick poll to see how everyone was doing when they first started:
How long was it until you saw your first gains? Also, how big were these first noticeable gains?

I've been at it for three weeks and just did a bone-pressed erect length measurement. According to the story stick, my dick has grown 3/16 of an inch. At this point in my PE experience, I can't prove to myself that the increase isn't simply due to improved circulation, but even if that's the case, it's a good thing. Also, my penis feels heavier during the day and my flaccid hang has gone from 3 to 3.5 inches to 3.5 to 4 inches.

ahh half in inch, nice. I am being aggressive but patient with hopes for gains like that.
