A few days ago I was doing PE and jelqing. I felt a slight pop near my glans on the left side. Upon further examination I discovered that my blood vessel in that area is now close to the skin and easy to see and feel. This causes a slight bulge in my penis on the left side directly under my head. I stopped for the day and it went down. But it is still there, and is sensitive. I can continue doing PE but more carefully. My question is, is this something I should be worried about, or is it something that will go away with time and healing. Should I stop PE for a few day?

Blood vessels are fairly free to move; It doesnt sound like you ruptured anything as you would have noticed significant redness if you had; I suspect that what happened was the increased size of the tunica due to the blood you forced in during your jelqing session caused the vein to move; the 'pop' you felt.
Wait till the areas not sensitive any more then start jelqing again at a lower intensity then build back up to where you were before....take it slow.Starting Stats: 10/05/2012

I wouldn't take any risks. Take a week or 2 off and keep an eye on it. If everything looks and feel okay, you can re-start your routine. Better to be overly cautious than to end up with a permanent injury.Starting (02/21/12): 4.81 BPEL x 4.31 mid-EG
05/23/12: 5.68 x 4.43
