  • Need help with routine :D

    im wondering and I am confused.

    I have done 3 times pe session now I did it every third day.
    so I fell that I now can go further, would it be wisely to do pe every second day now?
    perhaps 2 days pe 1 day off 2 days pe 1 day of? and make it a routine ?

    what I do is wet jelq 150 strokes
    5 mild rotary stretches to the left and 5 to the right.

      If everything feels good after your first week, you can probably increase your frequency to 2 on 1 off as long as you continue to focus on what feels right for you and make the appropriate adjustments. The number of days on and off will vary for each person and you need to keep in mind that that your first few months are focused on conditioning your penis and not on gains per se.

      A popular beginner routine JP90 (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html) adds 90 v-jelqs to your routine and suggests up to 5 days on and 2 days off. Many seem to consider this a pretty demanding beginners routine.
      11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")
      2/18/2012: BPEL: 6.375", MEG: 4.875"
      5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")
      7/3/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5 3/16"

          You should only add more exercises to your routine after having conditioned your penis with a 90 day long JP's, you should stick to it for the full 90 days and only then make a new routine based on what you seek: girth, length or both.
