Hey everyone, just a quick ? About a concern I have about this 'cord' I have been reading more & more about.
I started pe in 2010 & originally started with a bpel of around 5.9" and an eg 5.125".
I did pe consistently for a month or so but i found my positive pis dissapeard so i took time off, however during this time i got my bpel upto about 6.125 (during the time spent peing, not the time off).
I found this to be the case every time i re started pe (good PIs at first then they dissapeared) so I kept taking time off, i never actually stuck at it for longer than 4 weeks as I was scared I was overtraining, until now.
I have now been at it 7 weeks consistently (longest ever), I have realised what I needed to do to continue seeing positive PIs was increase my intensity, not take time off!
So here I am today with slightly more length, 6.3" bpel, still no girth gain at 5.125.
My fear of overtraining is now gone & I have a whole new issue now, this "cord" I have been reading about, I can definately feel one on the top right of my penis parralel to my dorsal vein, it takes most of the tension of a stretch as others have described.
Im just worrying that this will affect me gaining more length? Will it affect future girth gains? This 'cord' is 100% stressing me out to the point its affecting my eq, definately a mental issue.
Could anyone shed any light on this cord? Surely my limiting factor cant stop at 6.3" in length? I would love a 7"!
Anyways any help would be great, sorry the thread is so long winded, I just thought id share my pe backround as it may help people answer my question, I still class myself as a 100% beginner.

Your pi's don't just disappear! You stop noticing them, and when that happens you should SLOWLY increase your intensity. For example, after 2 weeks of JP's you notice that your erection isn't as good as it was one week behind you, perhaps you can start doing 4 series of 50 jelqs and 30 v-jelqs instead of 3. A word of advice, if you notice new, negative pi's after this increase stop pe-ing and rest until they're gone, then restart.
This pe thing is very tricky and you should always have your ears tuned to hearing how your body is reacting to your routine.

Thanks for your response! I realise now that PIs dont dissappear & you have to increase intensity over time, I was just scared of overtraining & thought they may be negative PIs appearing when in fact they werent which made me take time off. I am nowhere near doing 4 sets of 50 jelqs & a set of 50 v jelqs, heck I only get in my 12 min warmup, stretches in each direction, 50 slow jelqs (5-7 sec strokes) 15-20 min edging & an 8 min warmdown, I have a sensitive dong & this gives me positive enough PIs without doing overkill. I do this mon, tues, thur & fri.
It really is very tricky stuff, at first I thought it was just do a warmup, stretch, few jelqs & your dong wud expand like you wouldnt believe when in fact its FAR much more than that, just takes time to figure out I guess.
What about the cord issue could you shed any light on that? Thats whats freakin me out.

Anyone at all got any info on this "cord"? I have noticed in my research it is a pretty ignored topic that nobody likes to give much input on, why do people shy away from this? Surely someone knows something?

I recently suffered a ligament pop(read about it here!) and let me tell you, that "cord" does a world of good for your EQ. I believe what you are talking about when you say "cord" is your upper ligament: the strongest, most important ligament in maintaining erection in my opinion. There are more ligaments supporting your penis, see if you can find them! and then stretch 'em. Not too hard though!

Thanks for your reply mate it must be awful not being able to get 100% erections & I certainly dont want to damage anything that will cause my eq to go down! However im not sure this 'cord' is what your explaining, from what ive read its dorsal thickening/septum & as ive previously stated it really does seem a pretty ignored topic that nobody likes to give info on, I didnt really expect much of a response on this topic as others havent had much of a response either.
But tell me, if this is a ligament that stretches everytime when i do a stretch, then how can i find other ligs & isolate them for a stretch without pulling on this 'cord' , it seems virtually impossible?

I isolate and pull on the ligs with a grip towards the bottom. I feel like my upper ligs come from the diagonals at about a 30 degree angle away from my belly button. Sometimes it feels like it extends towards my armpit and connects to the bottom of my ribcage(.
Change up your grip and experiment with pulling in different angles and even try a grip behind the balls for the lower ligs. I only feel most pressure on that cord with grips near the top, under the glans. Bends especially put pressure on the "cord", it feels.
I'm not too familiar with the septum but I believe TGC theory postulates that stretches are effective in lengthening that tissue. So, keep stretching it and it should get looser.
P.S: my EQ is back to 100% and it feels awesomeLast edited by GoingForGold; 07-02-2012 at 05:01 PM.
