Is there any PE I can try to help me? I have tried lots of different kegel routines, but there are so many conflicting ideas on how many to do, and how. I also realyy struggle isolating reverse kegels.
I am happy with my size, but I have noticed my erections are generally firmer when my flaccid is larger... I just can't work out what affects it! On a bad day my flaccid can be very small so keeping that bigger wouldn't go amiss!
