  • Something that we need to avoid and must do for getting better gains.

    Is there anything we should avoid for getting better result, like don't eat junk food or dont drink caffeine or what?
    and is there anything that we can do for getting faster and better result, like reduce our fat in the stomach area or something?

        you can smoke bud. (occasionally)

        ciggs are a no no.

        drink lots of water, water is always good for you.

          Caffeine restricts blood flow.
          Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

          Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

            I still don't understand why cigarettes hurt gains.
            Someone mentioned tar build up in the penis which can lower your EQ later in life?

              Well there are things you should avoid but also things you should do to increase your gains
              Not smoking is a good one although i do smoke and have seen really good gains i think it is do to all the things i do, do to better myself.
              Things you should do to help yourself grow faster are :
              Stay consistant! this is a big one
              You can start taking suppliments that support blood flow and DHEA levels prime example: Omega-3 ( fish oils) as well as L-arginine
              Try to loose any excess weight- If you are over weight by more than 10 lbs try to loose it sometimes loosing 15+ lbs can give you a 1'' gain! but some it wont but its worth a shot
              Drink lots of water staying hydrated is an excellent way to aid in gains
              Always Warm up- this will aid in preventing injuries and help to keep your p.e. gains constant
              Try to keep your stess levels low- the less cortizone your body produces the better your gains can be ( although this really depends on the person but it is still go to try and keep your stress down for over all health)
              Try to keep your testerone levels up! work out, take suppliments like zinc, Dont drink alcohol that much because it can cut your levels in half! ( More thatn 3 drinks per occasion can drasitcally reduce your levels)Testerone is vital in p.e.

              Anyway these are just some things that can aid in your gains for p.e. all the suppliments i mentioned are only liek 5 dollars a bottle as well at your local wal-mart hope this helps!

                  Alcohol and Caffeine are biggies in my opinion, especially unusually large intakes of each.
                  Everyone dies...

                      From a OE point Build the intensity of exercises up over a period of time.
                      Applying too much intensity too soon impeads any gains and will lead to injuries.
                      Meaning a stall in growth.Just my two cents
