  • How about my routine?

    Hi guys, I've been doing PE for 4 weeks, and I'm happy with my routine, I think I'm doing right but I'd like to know if I'm doing really right. I'm a beginner so don't know much about advanced stuff. This is the routine I use:

    PE: Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday

    20 min of warm up using a heated pad
    stretching 30s (with 30s rest) x 2 SO, L, R, SD, SU
    10 rotatory left - 10 right
    10 min of jelq

    (again)
    stretching 30s (with 30s rest) x 2 SO, L, R, SD, SU
    10 rotatory left - 10 right

    Then stop, I go eat

    Comments? Critics? Everything is appreciated.

    Welcome.
    I see nothing wrong with your routine, however, I think it is best if you now progress to a beginner's routine designed by a more experienced member so that you can properly condition your penis and after the 3 months of it move on to more advanced exercises.

      Thanks for the answer! I started with babbis', basically I use his routine with a bit of focus on stretching.
      In the future I'll try JP's definitively
