Good to hear Seraph. I'm going on a cruise next week ... with my family. And I'm going to be limited to stretching because of it. I'll miss the jelqing but it'll be ready for more when I get back.

C'mon guys, that's not needed.
Think of it like normal stretching. Keep getting better at stretching your legs, for example. Eventually you'll be able to do a split. All the muscles and connective tissue is being stretched and eventually grows. Same basic theories apply to stretching/hanging/extender...Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

I didn't mean to offend NP, apologies. It was merely an observation of b's 'habit'. In all credit he probably uses the search function better than most.
Actually, most use it mainly as an anti-turtling exercise doing 'piss pulls'. But most don't realise the 'science' behind it was actually to ease into a stretch because it allows a better stretch.
The theory is that short stretches of moderate intensity help to defeat the 'kick back' often found with stretches. The idea is to pull lightly but gradually increase the intensity to a good level without getting the kick back.
Like NP said; Johan, it's 'inventor' took influence from regular muscle stretching, and as such there is a particular breathing pattern to go with it.
