    Hi,
    I began PE for the first time ever last week and am doing a schedule of 2days on 1 off. I began not only in hopes to greatly increase size but also to improve EQ. Been obese for a while and my EQ is just horrible. Lost a big deal of length and girth cause blood just doesn't flow like it used to into the penis. So I'm trying to recuperate that feeling and gain a couple of inches of length and 1 of girth.
    Now, considering that i can't get erect (and even partially) most of the time, unless there is some real excitement going on and that people say that supposedly after jelq the penis should be much more full, hard-ons more often, could I be probably doing something wrong (am not feeling this) or will this only improve over course of time? EQ still is horrible. I'm jelqing at 20%, 30% maybe.
    Can a person that is somehow suffering from ED still gain with PE?
    Also, the feeling that it is getting bigger only comes with time or you should feel it as soon as you begin PE.

    Welcome jcarrier. You want to jelq at around 50%-75% if possible. There is a whole section here for those struggling with ED. Best of luck!

      How is your weight now (hopefully just over weight (20% or less plus normal body weight))?
      Do you have onset diabetes as a direct result of obesity?

        hi, thanks for the reply. thenewdude, overweight as in 35%+ bf, but i'm planning to lose it all. i believe that will make things a lot better in the EQ dept. . 2nd2most, thanks will check the info. but does that mean that if done with 25% erection it won't work at all, or will it just take a lot more time? i read and some people say 30% is enough, no?

          30% can be enough, especially for length gains. Just keep it up and you'll be fine eventually.

              personally, i have found that exercise helps with EQ and libido. I have a somewhat similar problem with maintaining EQ during sessions. I also heard that certain supplements can help as well. Try zinc. There is another called l-citrulline that is supposed to do wonders for EQ as well, but I cant say because I personally have not tried it. I have heard great things though.                 you most definitely need to tackle your weight issue right now for the sake of everything, not just your dick. I don't mean to sound preachy but being unable to barely get erect is a very big sign that things are really in bad shape & needs some serious rejuvenation. IMO if you can spend a few weeks to get some exercise & get yourself leaner & healthier. You might be surprised how that alone might help a lot with your problem. PE is there to help you get ahead from there to a much healthier state of affairs. All the best

                  there's also the theory that for every 35 punds of fat a guy loses, he gains an inch in size. I think this has more to do with the fat pad around the penis

                    For you guys that want more EQ and volume I would definately recommend the Zinc it whitens it up, the L-Arg gets the vessels flowing and the Lecithin works wonders on the volume. I use it pretty consistently now and the supreme lecithin has at least doubled my volume, the pleasure I get from a big load is great. Hope this helps.

                      over the last year I have lost 70 lbsand can tell you that it will help with the way your penis looks and hangs. the adding an inch after losing weight is just that you are reducing the amount of extra fat around the base. my wife also says that i feel longer but have not gained more than a few mms due to pe. so work onm losing that weight...you can do it!!!

                        OK, here are the facts. Supplements are b.s. Heck, try them if you want, why not, but they won't solve your problem. It is a very simple equation. An unhealthy man = an unhealthy penis. Here is exactly what you have to do (you won't want to hear it, but you'll see RESULTS!) 5 things you can do right now to make a difference are: 1) Quit all porn. 100%. No exceptions to this rule. 2) Masturbate a little as possible. Honestly, PE is enough action for your penis. Leave it alone. Let it heal. 3) Run/walk 2 miles 3-5 times a week (or any kind of cardio - doesn't matter as long as you sweat and get your heart rate up). 4) Avoid all caffiene, sugar, carbs, and all "diet" food/drinks. 5) Drink a protien shake for breakfast and eat veggies all day long. Have a big salad and protein drink for lunch. And stick to (real) meat and veggies for dinner. Yup, told you you didn't want to hear it, but if you do these things you will see results every week, maybe even daily. By the way, I am a doctor. No, seriously, I am. So I hope you use follow through with my suggestions. Because guess what? A health man = a rock hard healthy penis!!! Also, if you do this, you will lose a pound a day. How exciting is that? You are just a few months away from a new and improved YOU! Go for it!

                          Yes Draggin, but that is only if you are completely relying on supplements. I take supplements, but I'd still be fine without them, just a bonus
                          I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

                            Yes, supplements can help. I agree. Everything has it's time and place. You are correct, I was assuming that someone might think supplements alone will solve all problems. To be honest I take supplements everyday, and they are an important step towards health. I just never noticed any of the "claimed" pills made any difference to my pecker at all (for me personally).

                              Oh, yeah I should mention medications. All drugs (long term) are bad. Medicines make you feel lazy, make you put on weight (in general), make your penis soft, and overtime will hurt your kidneys and liver. Get off all drugs. Yup, all of them asap. You will feel amazing and empowered once you get rid of the drugs. Yes, I'm talk blood pressure pills, cholesterol pills, anti-depression pills, etc... Best of luck.
