I am new here, I just bought the book.
I have a couple questions. I am starting with either the Babbis or the beginners routine in the book, can I do the constant tension stretching for a few hours on my on (workout) days? also is it really 1 day on two days off, and then after 18 workout days; take one month off!?
Plus while I was waiting for the book, I researched the stretching devices that are available, I was looking at the extenders, but man they are spendy, so being out of work, I made my own.
I would be glad to share it for free. But since I'm out of work, would it be taboo, to offer to sell it?
Whether I give it away for free or sale, I can provide pictures.
