Hold on their a second buddy. Ther right person will get to you in time. When I did tunica tugs I did them like this:
1. With one hand create a V with forefinger and middle finger, trap the penis in between this V and push back on the pubic bone (fingers pointing down).
2. At the same time, grab the penis with the other hand and pull out, strength according to your own threshold. If your a beginner I would wait 3 months before doing these.
I used to do 3 sets of 30 seconds but maybe that wasn't enough as I didn't gain much from them, but everyones different.
The tunica is one of the most difficult parts of the penis to deform. This is why I wrote the tunuca tugs. These target only the tunica, not the ligs.
Slanker is right on with how to do these.
When you do these, place the ^ at the the base of your penis. Try to stay flaccid for these. Grasp just behind the glans and stretch out slowly while pushing back with the ^. I usually reach a count of 10 as I am stretching out, pull a little bit, count 1. Pull a little bit more and count 2, etc. By the time you reach 10, you should be stretched about max. Hold the ^ and release the glans. Do a little massage while still holding the ^. Then re-grasp and start the stretch again, 1.2..3..etc. Do 5 sets of these.
