    I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, but honest-to-God I've been searching for the answer for the past 40 mins. I am completely satisfied with my EQ, ejaculatory control, and overall sexual performance; I am only looking for size gains. With that in mind, would kegels and edging be necessary or beneficial to my goals?

    Thanks guys, and I apologize in advance if this is a common newbie question.

    People say edging after PE exercises is a good way to keep in the engorged state, thus it can help with your gains. And kegels are always good for hardness and if your EQ is good now then doing kegels every other day for 5-10 minutes will keep it that way.

      I would say no! but i imagine a lot of others will disagree. Stamina exercises are allways a good thing with regards to sustaining sexual performance. With that said though, if your erections and ejaculatory control are on point then i would just focus your attention on gaining size.
      Starting stats : BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.6" EG 4.8"
      Current stats : BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.25" EG 5"
      Main Goal : BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 6.75" EG 5.5"
