  • Life's bad habits and effects on PE

I'm not only starting this thread for helpful information for myself but for others as well:

I have read around and have gotten mixed answers and most are beaten around the bush so i want to have a place to have all the answers in one spot as well as a discussion over them all....and here they are:

    1. how does smoking effect PE?
    2. how does drinking alcohol effect PE?
    3. how does caffeine effect PE?
    4. does eating fast food/unhealthy food effect your PE?

these are just some of the questions that i've wanted to know as well as i've seen them around here and there

Great topic, but you need to fix these errors. I will give you a rep point if you do.

    1. i have no idea what effects smoking
    2. i don't know much information here either minus EQ can be effected in many
    3. i have not looked into this but i read somewhere that it makes you wee wee smaller (does not reach it's full potential at the moment)??
    4. being a fit guy who exercises most days i do know that the saying "you are what you eat" hits the nail on the head...basically saying if you eat crap or garbage, that's what you are and feel like...visa versa for eating healthy. so this could possibly effect your healing power and rate.

so the guru's in here need to fill in the blanks since i don't know much about the subjects and would like to know more and possibly help others out with the information provided.

Smoking constricts blood flow raising blood pressure. Definately will have a negative effect. By itself maybe not that big of a deal.

Alchohol in small quantities is probably benign but at higher quantities will certainly cause EQ problems.

Caffeine drains your system from water and makes your Unit turtle up.

                Question 2: How about alhohol?

Alcohol elevates the female hormones(estrogen) in your body,so It does not suit well with PE.

CP is right. Check out this quote from another website: Alcohol also increases estrogen levels in men. Chronic alcoholism has been associated with loss of body hair and muscle mass, development of swollen breasts and shrunken testicles, and impotence.

Caffeine in large quantites acts as a vasoconstrictor and can have an effect on your flaccid hang. In excessive quantities it may affect your erections. There's some posts in this thread discussing caffeine.

All i know is that over 300mg of caffiene starts to leach vitamin "D" Calcium and Magnesium.

For I will restore health unto thee and I will heal thee of thine wounds, saith the Lord Jeremiah 30:17

The amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee depends on how it is brewed (drip, perk, espresso, etc.). Espresso has about 100 mg per shot, drip coffee has between 100 and 175 mg, and perked coffee between 80 and 135 mg. Source: Wiki answers.
