From about 4.5-5 inches to something considerably larger like 7-8 inches?

Those would be fantastic gains. I haven't seen progress pics of such people though . Are there any?

I started at around 4.5" and got to 6" after 5 months. I reckon I can reach 7"/8" in a reasonable amount of time.
No progress pictures though, but I will start taking some now at 6"+.

I started 7 years ago @ 4.75"BPEL 4.75"EG. Currently @ 7.75"BPEL 5.75"EG.

Its good to see such great gains, im starting at BPEL of 5.12" so my long term goal would be 7-7.5 . Going to break that up into short term goals. Have seen about .3" gain after a month so at least im starting to believe in PE and its wonders.
