    I measured up today for the first time after my first session.

    My main query is this, despite appearing differently my girth seems to be bigger than the length of my penis, is this normal?
    (FL - 3" 1, FG 3" 7 as well as EL - 4" 7, EG 4" 8 (length was BP and girth was done at the base of my penis))

    Also, today I performed: 60 wet jelqs and 30 v jelqs, this took me around 12 minutes: is this going to be enough to give me some gains (2 days on, 1 day off) quickly? Or should I up the amounts, I can probably afford to spend around 20 minutes doing these without arousing suspicion, but I don't wish to over-do it. However, my little friend doesn't seem to have been too effected by the excersise... Is this normal or should I highten the intensity?

    Thankyou guys! I'm sorry I have so many questions, I feel like I'm taking up alot of thread space! This is just something I would really like (obviously from my measurements!) to improve.

    No problem with questions....we all have so many (I know do!), especially when we are just beginners. I am not sure whether to do more than the 50 wet jelqs and stretches or whether doing more would be counter-productive.

    If you are not getting a good warm up, you aren't going to get maximum benefit from your exercises. Try to work in some warm up activity - a hot shower would be a good place to start - and you'll see your gains come faster.

    I do warm up and down, I was just concerned if I was doing enough of the jelqing.
    I'm really looking to add more length (as you can probably tell from my concern in the fact that I have a larger girth than length) than anything so would it be worth subsidising these 30 v jelqs in order to make 100 wet jelqs (am I right in thinking that v jelqs add to girth, primarily).

    You are definitely doing enough jelqs. Your routine is perfect. Make sure you warm up effectively.

    I didn't understand, are you stretching properly?

    Make sure you kegel. Slow kegels are best.

    You will gain after many months. Every few weeks, you need to slightly increase the intensity...add 10 jelqs ever 2 weeks..

    Sorry but what didn't you understand?

    That I didn't seem to feel it?

    I believe I'm stretching okay, pull left, right, up and straight with helecopter shakes in between and a 10 minute warm up and a cool-down which is probably a few minutes shorter.

    EDIT: Sorry, another thing that I'm slightly perplexed by is the whole idea of intensity - do I grip harder? pull harder? or just increase the amount I do?
