A google search will turn up plenty of information about FR. Spend the time researching before plunging in. Like PE, you can do great harm to yourself by attempting FR too aggressively or incautiously. I no longer have saved bookmarks, but there are at least a few discussion boards dedicated to FR--look for one with a good activity level for the best chance of getting advice from experienced restorers. Should you decide to give it a go, be prepared to dedicate a LOT of time, as in multiple years, to achieve full coverage assuming a typical circumcision.
