  • Looking for the right regimen,workout!

    I am new to the forums and glad to have found it. Ive been doing "exercises" for quite a while now maybe (2 years), but never continuosly. Here is some brief info on me.

    20 YO
    Hispanic
    would say 8% BodyFat give or take
    EL - 7.25"
    EG - 5.5"
    I am a late bloomer, i dont know if this plays any role in penis development but yea, i stil have no chest or facial hair.

    My problem is when flaccid, i dont know why but it just looks very small i would say like 4" and thin girth.

    I have never injured myself, although i know i was well in risk of it because i did not cool down after workouts. Reason i joined this forum is to educate myself better before i enter a regimen. So my question is, what program do you guys reccomend? i have a tough time with understanding some workouts, so if they have pictures that would be even better.

    Jp 90 days beginner routine. Its the most recommended routine for new people here so i'd give that a go.
