    Hey JL,

    Hope you get a good run at it this time. I read most of your posts. Let me know if I miss something.

    Your routine setup looks fine for when you return. Considering your cold room, just pay a little extra attention to the warm up. Rice socks tend to hold heat fairly well, so you can always take a moment to rewarm your penis if you feel the need to do so. If you keep your hands warm, they won't steal heat from your penis as you jelq.

    I agree with your move to a 2:1 frequency. When you're ready, edging can start to help your PE. Just remember that it does add work to your PE routine, so don't add it in too early or too often. You'll have to be the judge on this one, man.

    As far as body positioning, it's all preference. Seated makes sense to me, because it's easier to relax and to use gravity to your advantage. I also find it to allow the best base access during the jelq.

    Lastly, the way you're doing wet jelqs (with your palm facing the glans) is a good method. I'm not sure about your V jelq grip though. I think it sounds like the top half of an Ultimate V. "Normal" v-jelqs are done with the CS resting in the webbing between your fingers.

    Oh wait one more thing: I have heard that stopping/starting urination is actually a pretty bad practice. Yes, it teaches you to locate the PC muscles, but I've heard that it's not good to do repeatedly. Sorry I can't back that up. But you already know how to activate the PC muscles, so no need to kegel during urination.

    Take the necessary rest and then do it up slow and steady. Keep at it, Josh.

    yeah i was told interrupting your flow of urine is very bad for your prostate or urinary tract or something along the line of that, so im cutting that crap out completely, i just need to help isolate my pc muscles a bit more.

    thanks for all the other advice im not sure on the v jelq thing i got the hang of doing it regularly so its not a big deal anymore but it was kinda like an ultimate jelq i just didnt squeeze my fingers together at the end i did it simply like a finger muscle tension type thing.

    my balls are feeling better too on the side haha im beginning to think that my girl sat on one when she was riding me or something because i doubt it was anything related to my exercises, once i thought about it the only possible thing it could be that affected my balls was fowfers while i was sleeping.

    Well it's been nearly a month of this 2 on 1 off and I haven't noticed a damn thing different I even laid off on sex just to let my penis get rejuvenated and stuff, still going at it though
