    Hi, I wrote this couple of times but no reply so I renew my questions. Please answer them cause I'm really scared!I PE'd for 3 weeks, a few days off only, I was doing 10 min warm up then stretching, the 300 1 sec jelqs, then 5 min warp down, I took day off on friday and got to this forum. I read some threads and found sth about stiff penis. I've noticed it in my case, Ive been off for for days now. But today my penis got realyy stiff, small and the head is cold. It was cold bbefore but not like today.Penis is sth like swollen but short, painless and the top of head is whiter than the rest of it. I have just done 20 min warming up. it helped a little. Please help me, say what it could be cause im really freaking out(sorry for my english)
    I did about 200 kegels and my prepuce is a little bit blue. When I touch glance i have sense. after hot shower it was worse.

    First rule of PE: Never Freak out,everything can heal with time.

    If your penis is super stiff,then take some days off and let it heal.
    If its moderate hard in flaccid,dont worry about it cause its normal for a lot of PE:rs.

    The thing you should focus upon is to take a break from PE(1-2 weeks) and do kegels and warmup everyday,this theory is based upon the fact that kegels help you improve the blood circulation inside your penis which heat also does.

    Throw away the wrap and use a bucket of hot water to warm it up. It will work.

    It's been my fourth day off but I havent had such a stiff penis before. It was kind of stiff bu not so much. And now it feels cold a little bit. Is it dangerous? shoul i visit doctor? what about that cold head? Thanks fo reply!!

    Listen, calm down. There is nothing wrong with visiting the doctor if you are really worried. If you really injured your penis bad, wouldn't it be turning dark colors and such guys? Dark purple and black? I don't think you realy cut the blood supply off to your guy... I am not very experienced and are new to PE, but it sounds like maybe your started off very ambitious and didn't give you penis enough time to acclimate. The beginning PE routine calls for 150 3 second Jelqs... lighter pressure when you come off your break... Think of doing your routine slow and steady for 5 years! Your penis has been the same size for all of your life up till now. It needs to ease in to this type of work.

    I think the vet's will answer in a better way. Hope all will be well.

    I think the main cause of your problem is the very fact that you're freaking out. Getting anxious/nervous will usually cause your penis to retract and shrivel up, because your frazzled nerves activate your "fight or flight" response, which in turn (for safety purposes) will make your penis not too eager to "hang out" (pun intended) so just relax, do some copter shakes here and there and bring some much needed blood to the area by giving yourself a sensual massage all over your genitals. The tissues of the penis thrive on getting a fresh supply of blood on a regular basis. So stop freaking out, relax and your penis will be just fine. By the way, what is your primary language?

    Absolutely. Chances are your penis is just sore and tight from going too hard too soon. I've been doing this for over a year and, from what you describe, it sounds like you simply went overboard and your penis is feeling a little beat up and that's all. I've known what it's like to go overboard with this and I've experienced the same symptoms as you; however, my penis was able to recover because I knew not to freak out. I would simply lay off the PE, and just give the area a sensual massage for a couple of days and I would be back in business in a couple of days.

    My primary language is Polish. its easy to say: calm down...the most freaking thing is that it's cold and kind of white\pale. the head of glandis and skin around it. it starts to hurt a little but it might be my in head, you know. "do some copter shakes" what are these? And what about a little fever? 37 degrees:/

    Yeap but, you know, I have been off for four days now, and i had a stiff penis before but not so much:/

    Well first of all, if you have a fever, then that's a whole different thing. When your penis shrivels up and gets stiff and pale, it's basically the result of it not being somewhat filled with blood. My penis looks and feels just like that every time I get home from the gym. If you're sick (especially with a fever), then your system is less likely to feel up to using the penis for anything other than urinating. In fact, chances are that the ache could be related to the fever. I had a case of Influenza a while back and EVERYTHING ached, including my penis.
