    I would like your input on this. I finished the 3 moth beginner routine and went from 5.75 bpel to 6.25bpel (i kept a log and was committed throughout) and then due to my busy lifestyle i quit for about two months. I started up again today, and measured myself and im still 6.25bpel. Well that is great but could it be that it was all just a measuring error on my part? Maybe i did not gain anything at all.

    Also im 6.25bpel when i press it to the max but im only 5.5 when i barely press it, so thats a .75 fat pad which is weird cause im not fat at all, im on the verge of having a modest six pack anybody else with this problem?

    I dont think you could mis-measured by half an inch. Lol thats quite a huge difference.

    Besides even if you did why not keep your head held high and say that PE works? I mean you could always try the 90 day routine again since your probably de-conditioned by now.

    And about your fat-pad. If im not mistaken, EVERYONE has somewhere between .5-.75 of a fat pad because that area is just a good place to deposit fat for the body.

    Years of evolution have probably told mankind that the genitalia region is somewhat (only a little) sensitive, thus pushing our species to grow some sort of protection. Out comes the fatpad.
