A few questions from a newbie(ish) newbie....

So I've been on and off PE since this past May/June, doing various stretches here and there, fowfers when I can, jelquing when I can and kegels when I remember to. I want to start to get serious about PE, as part of an entire image adjustment; I'm very overweight, even obese by traditional categorizing, and I'm unhappy about my appearance in many ways. I'm trying to start losing the weight (which I know will also help my unit look larger), and I want to get serious about PE so that my entire body looks the ideal for me.
So I had a few questions. I should note that I plan on following the JP90 routine.
- Warm up with a hot towel or heated rice sock. How necessary is this? I understand the importance of warming up and the possible dangers of not, but is the hot towel or heated rice sock important? If I were to do the routine after I shower, would that warm it up enough? I thought about this because I wet-shave (my face) and traditionally, you're supposed to help open pores with a hot towel, but I just shave after the shower to skip that unnecessary part. I know it's not the same in practice, but would taking a hot shower help warm up my ligs enough to do the routine, or should I stick to using a hot towel or heated rice sock?
- If I understand correctly, the JP90 routine is really only for conditioning. So, what stretches can I do to help increase length and girth (but not as much, length is my main concern) after doing the JP90 routine. I'm looking for a routine to do after the JP90 exercises.
- As far as a post-JP90 routine goes, should I only do JP90 for 3 months and THEN get into a custom routine, or should I use JP90 as a warm-up to a routine?
- Are my specific goals even possible?
I tried taking measurements for you to let you know where I'm currently at, but I for some reason couldn't get it up at the moment. As such, I'm putting my flaccid measurement and (what I recall to be) my erect measurements. When I'm capable of taking definite erect measurements, I'll edit this so that the information is accurate.
