Porn Rebooting and pe

I'm guessing it's not beneficial to do pe when rebooting from porn. Has anyone completely rebooted from porn and done pe after without any counter productive effects? I'm 32 days now into a complete reboot, noticing some improvements but still have a long way to go. I would like to get back into a pe routine but is it even possible to have a routine and have all the benefits of no pom?

Porn rebooting is a fun one I am going through that as well and I have continued to do most of my PE workouts. I replaced my porn images with images and memories of me and my gf and it is helping. I know I was getting into crazier and crazier porn to get stimulated and it did begin to show when with my gf. Now I look forward to working hard and surprise my lady as we get together a few times a month, long distance sucks sometimes but I do like the look on her face when she sees me, lol. As for me I got into PE to build a bedroom wreaking machine in the real world and been able to separate myself from the porn fantasy world. So I would say go for it, yes it may be different in the beginning but you will switch gears...

PE does not require any porn. The only potential problem you may encounter is that touching your penis for PE exercises may make you erect and tempt you to return to porn. But PE itself is not masturbatory in any way.

Although it doesn't require porn, it's to my understanding the full benefit of the reboot wont occur if a guy is touching himself in any way down there. Also the edging is another thing as well.

In any event, if you're really not going to be touching him at all (except for urination) then just take the time off and come back to PE after the reboot.

After the reboot would edging be detrimental to the reboot? Because the reboot is resetting your brain to become erect from girls in reality, and if you re turing yourself on in isolation for edging would that be bad? I don't know if your brain on porn.com says anything about masturbation after the reboot.

And thanks its getting frustrating lol. I'm coming home from parties and want to pmo but I just don't. I can't bullshit at a party which is why i haven't taken a girl home lol.
