    I'm getting back in routine with PE exercises starting with JP90 and have a couple questions

    1) I want to add and ADS throughout my training, perhaps something along the lines of this
    I want to make sure the stretching i do from JP90 are cemented by keeping my penis stretched through the day. can anyone recommend a good silicone ADS they have purchased and tips for using this device?

    2) Im focusing primarily on length at the moment and jelq at around 40% EQ to get more of a stretch, is this a good idea?

    3) i try to edge after every session but not sure if my technique is correct.
    I get my EQ as high as possible by massaging, jack off until i hit the point of no return and kegel as hard as possible hoping i dont shoot out. I stop myself from cumming most of the time.
    any advice with edging?
    sidenote: i used to do this with porn and it seemed so much easier getting my EQ higher, it takes a bit longer to get there now without porn.
    Is using porn for edging really that bad?

    I also edge with porn, as it speed the process up a bit.

    To stop perfectly timed before ejaculating, I do one hard reverse kegel, until I feel the 'feeling' subside, and then immediately do a Uli with a 30sec held regular kegel. I do this 5+ times before cooling down. It seems to work wonders. My EQ is higher the next session and I am able to reach PONR quicker too, thus providing longer sexual session with my women.

    I am still new to all this, but in my opinion, light stretching, regular/correct jelging, and controled edging is where it's at!!!!

      2. The 40% range is reasonable.
      3. Sounds like you get very close to a dry orgasm. We all probably do it a little differently, but I stop before the PONR, not at it. You get close and then you back off a little, usually by reducing glans stimulation for a while. Then build back up. Porn is okay in moderation, just be aware of what some guys are going through with their porn reboots after getting dependent on it.
