Hello! I started coming here about a month ago to solve my premature ejac problems, and ive come to understand the theory behind it and it really has helped with the reversed kegels, and huge props for that. On the other hand i have been lately experiencing another issue that i might think could be related and that is huge unfomfort when needing to pee/a constant need to urinate. I feel like i have to go pretty much all the time and when i do it takes som time for it to start and it feels pretty unnatural the whole thing. Ive only been doing reverse kegels so far and i'm thinking that might be the problem? Or that all this new exercise has somehow upset the balance in my pelvic floor. I know its not a UTI since i took a test, and this is really starting to get to me. Havent been kegeling at all the last week but no greater performance has been mad. Im dying to know if anyone has had any of these issues or if it could be totally unrelated. Its also worse when i get a boner. Help would be greatly appreciated,
thanks =)))

Do both regular and reverse keggels. Maybe cut back on how much you are doig.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
