recently tried hanging and its kind of a pain in the ass... so was wondering if I could just stick with these for base girth??
Start (Nov 2012) 6.0 BPEL x 4.75
Jan 2014 - 7.25 BPEL x 4.9
Feb 2014 - ?
Goal - 5.4 Base Girth

Manual stretching doesn't add base girth, and neither does the LAS as far as I can see.

Steve I am going to disagree with you regarding LAS's. The reason I believe it does help a little is because the one area of your shaft that is put under stress while doing them is your base. At that point it is being forced to bend under you, while the rest of your shaft lies flat under your butt. I think that the stress created there did in fact give me some extra base girth. Before I started PE my shaft was 5 1/2" pretty much from my base to my glans. My base now is about 3/4" larger than my mid shaft. However, this is only my opinion.
