I am finally ready to start PE programs. I will soon order a Penimaster Extender, have read threads on Hanging exercices and the use of Pumps.
In brief, I have read all kinds of exercices and threads on penis extension methods.
I am writing to ask how you would inform an absolute beginner, myself, to commence my PE program.

In other terms, i would like to know whether you recommend for example using the penimaster first, or pumps for example..whether or not there's a pre workout such as a warmup prior to extending or hanging or pumping in order to prevent injuries..etc I am lookign for all kind of essential material a beginner needs to be aware of before starting and in order to achieve the best results (a combination of extending plus pumping the same week ?..etc)
