Does anyone have a detailed diagram of the penis, with specifically PE-relevant elements shown?
I'm also curious as to how both the uli and tunica tugs are performed?

No I've been going for almost a month.
I'm not interested in implementing these techniques yet if that's what you're wondering (I have a routine I'm going to use for the first 3 months) but these are the main two I don't understand and I would like to understand them, should I desire to add them to my routine at a later date.
