  • help with a routine!

    My current routine is
    12 min warmup
    Jp90 stretches up, down, so, left, right, all with 30 kegels & a 1 min rest.
    Half an hour jelqing (about 50 6-8 sec reps)
    5 ulis held for 30 secs each
    20 min edging
    10 min warmdown

    I do this mon, wed & fri but i feel the length work isnt working for me anymore, what is a more advanced stretch i could add in which is safe? Ive already gained .5" in length with my current stretches but havnt gained more for some time, been at it for say 22 weeks consistent (only added ulis about 4 weeks ago).
    Also im looking to buy a device of some sort preferably for girth, could anyone reccomend a good effective device? & how much do they normally cost?

    I mean a 1 min hold on the stretches not a 1 min rest, sorry my mistake.
