Thread: Thoughts on my warm up routine

Hey guys,
I have a quick question, to make sure i'm warming up/ down correctly.
Here is what I do before the work out I wrap a warm rice sock around my penis, and start to stretch it while still wrapped in the sock I will do this for about 10-15 min. When I warm down, I do the exact same thing, minus the stretching.

Wrap the sock around your dick, not your dick around the sock.
