Thread: Still skeptical...

I want this to work so badly. I know there isnt other way that could be beneficial to increasing length and girth, but i'm afraid of permanently injuring my penis. So many websites and articles ive read from doctors always claim that jelqing and stretching isn't beneficial and can injure you in the long run...

Well I 've been doing it for 3 years or more; got nice gains and continue to work at it. Never hurt myself at all although I did follow the directions. Are you good at following directions? If not don't do pe , or skydiving!

I did hardcore PE (hanging 20+ lbs, lots of strong Ulis/Uli Squeezes, etc) for over a year (*note: I started light and worked my way up) and gained 1" lenght and .5" girth without any injuries or long term issues. That was over 10 years ago. There has been no long term negative effects. I found that as long as I was careful, went slow, worked my way up to each new exercise slowly, and didn't do anything stupid, there were no issues.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

It is legit. You just have to be careful, just like lifting weights- if you overdo it you're going to injure yourself.
Best of luck in your PE journey!To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.
