    Hey Guys,

    I am starting my PE routine today...I've been reading on here and would like some advice! Here is what I'm thinkin of doing...ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME!! Feel free to add or take out anything!

    2 days on, 1 day off....
    10 min warm cloth warm up
    stretching-left, right, straight,up (10 seconds each, 5 sets each way)
    Jelp- 200-300 (2-3 seconds each at about 70-75% erection)
    V Jelq- 75-100 (2-3 seconds each at about 70-75% erection)

    how does this look? Any suggestions? much appreciated guys!!!!

    one more thing...

    looking to gain about 3/8-1/2 inch on length and 1/2 inch on girth...

      Way to many jelqs cut them down by half.
      Starting stats:

      Fl- Turtle
      Nbpel- 5"
      Bpel- 6"
      Eg- 5"

        If you're just starting out I would suggest the following modifications to your routine:

        - 10 min warm cloth warm up
        - Stretching-left, right, straight,up and out (30 seconds each hold, 5 sets each way)
        - 7 minutes jelqing (4 seconds each stroke at about 20-40% erection)
        - 3 minutes V-Jelqing-(4 seconds each at about 40-50% erection)
        - 10 minutes edging / ballooning to finish.

        Try this for a month and see how you respond. If you feel that you can increase the time, then I would add on a minute each week up to a maximum of 10 minutes jelqing and 5 minutes v-jelqing.

        You can also do two sets of stretches when you feel that you're body can take it.

        Just remember, don't rush into it and take your time. If you rush, you won't grow. If you take your time, you'll sprout in no time
        Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!
