  • Newbie question here.

    I looked at the beginner guide but unless I miss read it it didn't give you a time or rep to be doing the exercises in so I made up my own and need to know if it's a okay exercise.
    Warm up in shower 2 minutes.
    Stretching 30 sec all four sides in the guide x2.
    Followed by 200 jelqs I broke them up don't know if I should do that or not.
    then to wrap it up 20 kegels the guide said it's the muscle that you use to make yourself stop peeing mid stream so I did that 20 times.
    So I know this is a noobie question but is this good for a beginner or should i be added more stuff to it? Thanks in advance guys love the site found it last night read around on the forums and I truly believe PE works why would a whole community lie lol.

    Read JP90 it is more indepth. Warm up should be 10-15 minutes. Jewls are both hands one rep.

      Eventually, (the sooner the better), you want to kegel WHILE you are jelqing or stretching.

      Yes, the warm-up should be much longer. Glamissand1 is right on target here. He has been

      doing his homework. Be sure to do yours, good man.
