    I really want to start doing some PE, but I'm too small to even really start. How can I increase flaccid size first so I can start preforming PE. :|

    Every journey starts with the first step. If you can't walk yet, then crawl. How old are you? If you aren't Post Puberty teen maybe you should wait.
    Too small to start? Just how small is that?

        That's Plenty of Room to work. Thats what mine is after a cold shower. have you Got time to do a few things right now , if I help you?

          I'm up for any help and advice. I really want to do this. I'm about to go to sleep. but any help or instructions given I can do tomorrow. I have time tomorrow. :]

            Heat it up. I mean really heat it up. Either sit in a hot bath for at least 10 mins or use a rice sock if you have one. Don't burn yourself but get it as hot as you can stand . This includes your groin muscles. Once you get it hot, grab it gently under the head and pull it out from your body firmly but not a lot of tension and shake it as if it had water on it and you were shaking it dry. You should firm up a bit in length and girth. Don't get an erection, just get it firmed up a bit. once it does, use the ok grip just below the head and do a rotating stretch. Counter clockwise or Clockwise, to start you decide. Put just enough tension on it that you feel it tugging, there should be no pain or discomfort. Do about 25 rotations then stop. DO the wiggle again for about a minute then rotate stretch the other direction for 25 reps. Wiggle again then lube or soap it up and using the ok grip grab it at the base and squeeze gently pulling up and out sliding up the shaft alternating with left and right hands. Do about 25 sets with both hands. Wiggle it again. If you can now, Using the ok grip at the base while pushing in as deep as you can against your pelvic bone, try to do a helicopter spin. If you can't just wiggle it. If you can do it both directions. Feel good now, got time? Heat it up again. and repeat and this time add some jai stretches. Pull it straight out gently, hold for 3 secs then release a bit, then tug it out again and hold, then release ect.........do about 25. Try kegeling against the pull while you're in stretched position. And there's many other things you can do also. These are simple and should show reasonable gains if done for many days or weeks.

              I think some guys might be too big to start, but I don't think anyone is too SMALL to start.

                    PhibbysHammer, great post

                    I firmly believe the best way to increase your flaccid is good heat (warm up) and decent stretches (as detailed in PhibbysHammer's post).

                    I won't add anything to that as it's been explained very well already, but just take your time and don't go overboard. The last thing you want is a sore penis from tugging and pulling on it.
