Just a few of questions...
1) with these gains that everyone seems to be getting how do they come??? Like is it no gains then suddenly in a week the penis grows by a lot or is it really gradual, e.g. fragments of a mm each time? or how does it work?
2) are there any really good girth exercises for beginners coz all the ones on this site are for advanced users and I don't think I should use them....
3) what is the best way to measure your penis so it doesn't vary each time? especially whilst erect? any tips from experienced users?
4) also these symbols that everyone uses.....
NBPEL - non bone pressed erect length?
BPEL - bone pressed erect length?
BPFL - bone pressed flaccid length?

If it is bone pressed, what does this mean??

They're gradual increases yes.
Girth exercises, I'm not sure. Stick to the 90day beginner and work your way towards the advanced exercises.
Measure with ruler on top of ur dick. . Push the ruler back so its pushing into ur fat pad and touching your pubic bone
