Ok, i've been visiting this forum for quite a while now and have been doing a little PE, but come January (when my next student loans comes in
) i want to step it up and start exercising properly. I'm also going to start going to the gym alot to workout.
I've read a few of the beginner exercise regimes but have been doing them half arsed. Currently a workout for me starts late at night. I'll put a tv show on on my computer and lay on my bed. Sometimes i can't be bothered to warm up - i just roll my penis around in my hand for a minute or two till i get like 20-30% erect. When i do i just dunk my cock in a warm glass of water and hold it in there for around 10 minutes. I then start the stopwatch on my phone. I stretch first for 10 minutes like this:
I pull up and hold it for a minute
Down: 1 min
Left: 1 min
Right: 1 min
Straight out: 1 min
Up and left: 1 min
Down and right: 1 min
Down and left: 1 min
Up and right: 1 min
Straight out: 1 min
I then start doing some dry jelqs for a minute with my right hand, then again with my left. I jelq for about 10 mins total, maybe add 4 mins of v-jelqs (which feel weird) if i feel like it. If i can find anything good to watch while im doing it i may jelq for 30-40 minutes like this, sometimes adding stretches in the middle of the routine just to make it a bit more interesting. I also try to do some kegels while doing the stretches in the middle of the routine. I struggle to hit a 5 second hold so thats what i aim for, 5 secs on, 5 off. I normally do this routine 2 days on, 1 off.
I also use the bathmate every 2 or 3 days when i take a bath, and normally go up to the maximum pressure i can (was originally 160, but now 170) and hold it for about 20-30 mins, with a few "breathing" moments in between. I always get red dots after using bathmate, which usually clear up by the next morning. I've heard all sorts of things about these dots, whether their good or bad but don't know. I feel as though if i don't go up to the maximum pressure, im not stretching anything out or causing growth :/ I feel as though i have grown somewhat, but theres not enough blood getting into my penis when im erect.
I also have a few problems with the shape of my cock that i'd like to fix. The first problem is that i taper slightly to the left, which doesn't bother me all that much as its only slight. However my cock does sort of twist around slightly - my japs eye points at 11 and 5 o'clock rather than 12 and 6. I there any way to fix this at all?
My other problem is that my foreskin and frendulum are both slightly too tight - when im fully erect its very uncomfortable to pull my foreskin all the way back. I've been doing an extra 10 minutes of stretching in my routine because of it, and my banjo string feels slightly thicker because of it which i am happy with. To stretch my frendulum i grip it with my thumb and forefinger and pull it forward, and can feel the stretch. I do that or pull it out as far as i can without doing damage. To stretch my foreskin i wait till im full erect, pull it down all the way and just sort of pulsate my cock and feel it stretching.
I also have varying girth lengths which i'd like to make uniform. I'm much thicker around my middle than my base or head - would using an extender fix that?
The last thing i'd liked to know is how masturbating and ejaculating affects gains. I assume its to do with testosterone - when you ejaculate you lose alot of testosterone and vital minerals - what would you say is a healthy amount of masturbation and how long shouldn't you do it before or after PE?

Okay, lots of stuff here.
First off, I'm not sure why you're doing it half-arsed if you have the time to do it right. C'mon now!
Your routine is not a listed one, but for something you compiled by yourself it's not too bad. That's a good deal of stretching for a new guy, so just be mindful of how intensely you pull and keep an eye on your erection quality. If it drops, the stretching would be my first guess. Otherwise, I guess you can handle it. Have you considered wet jelqs instead of dry? They have some benefits, such as less skin pulling/friction and are a little easier to do. 30 minutes of jelqing is a lot for a new guy, so continue to be mindful of your PE volume.
You probably already know that warm ups are highly recommended, but I'm officially reminding you of that.
Curves can (and have been) fixed by jelqing against them. Plenty of info on that here.
As far as your twist, we've got the same thing. Not sure how to fix it exactly. I wonder if it has to do with more right handed masturbation during puberty than left. For a while I was considering only going lefty, but even if it works, I bet it'd take years to fix. I'm embracing mine (for the most part) as a personal imperfection, but it might be nice to have a 12-6. Sorry I can't be of more help. Just letting you know that it's probably not that uncommon.
Your girth variance is common too. Stretching sometimes helps with base girth, sometimes not. Make sure that you dig deep into your fat pad when you jelq, so that the base gets some work. Once you're more advanced, there are ways to try to improve head size. Honestly though, this is your penis and it's very individual that it has its own characteristics, don't you agree? But if you want to address certain aspects of it, I'm not judging you. I don't think an extender could even your girth out (maybe I'm wrong), but they were initially invented to fix curves. If yours is minor, decide if you want to spend the money on an extender to maybe get the results you want, to try jelqing against the curve to change it, or to just leave it be. Decisions, decisions.
Lots of stuff on here about masturbation and PE, so I won't delve into it much. Run a search. Main thing is to not let masturbation actually affect your erection level when you jelq, so don't do it right beforehand if it makes you too flaccid.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Thanks, one thing i was also wondering is if increased testosterone levels helps with gains?

Nope, but having normal levels of testosterone is healthy for you though.

PE gains are mechanical, not hormonal. i.e. testosterone doesn't do squat for PE gains but it may motivate you to PE.
