This might be a controversial subject. I think it's OK to edge every day, maybe not really intensely (ie, 40 minutes or more), but just a little (20 minutes). Some people will probably say that you shouldn't edge on your off days, and maybe some people shouldn't, I don't know. I think you may need to start off lightly and see how it works for you.
Just try not to overtrain, same advice as usual.

I've done that before, but they are shock by it, 20 minutes per day before I sleep. So when rest day I completely rest.so lessen it. Edging, can be done post or prior your PE. We have different dicko so just monitor like what cernunnos said. I can't see any difference so why not work lessMarch 4, 2009 BPEL5.25xEG4.5
