I have been doing Kingpole's routine for 2 months now with no gains whatsoever.
1.Is it true that I can gain lenght with jelqs only, I have red that some people did only jelqs for 30 min, 4 times a week for 2 months and gained 0,5 cm in length?
2. How long should I jelq ? It’s so confusing.
In Kingpole’s routine he says that 40 reps of jelqing are enough(20 lamda and 20 V or normal jelqs 5 sec/rep, and I should increase the reps by 5 every 2 weeks), in the beginner section it says that I should gradually increase the jelq time up to 30 min in 5 weeks .
3.Can I do jelqs only?
(15 min warmup, jelqing for 30 min followed up with a 30 min edge and then cooldowns for 3 minutes. Because jelqing and edging are the only 2 exercises that I enjoy doing)
4. Stretching does not seem to work, I hate stretching it’s so boring and complicated:
a)I should be 100% flaccid but I’m a grower so I usually did them with 40-50% erection is this a problem?
b)Is it okay if one hand stretches the penis and the other hand holds the base so that I feel the stretch?
c)I can't do the upward stretch without having a tight grip because it turtles if I use a light grip.
Sorry for the long post guys but I don’t know what routine to do at the moment.

All I can say is most new people start the jp90 routine, seems the most popular and tells you exactly how and how long to do each exercise.
Jelqs can add length but don't rely on it when stretches are much better for length.
Also you're 2 months in aka hardly conditioned so don't expect gains as even some of the huge gainers didn't see any till 4-6 months in, it's not a race.
Don't hold the base while you stretch, just use something like baby powder if you keep slipping and make an ok sign with your fingers and grip about half an inch below the glans.

Ok, since I've been doing Kingpole's routine for 2 months I decided to continue. By the way I did the routine like an hour ago, but this time I did the stretches
while laying down and OMG it was amazing, I really felt the stretch, the best part was that after the 10 min stretch my penis was not turtled as usual.
