After searching through endless posts in the beginner forum and having no luck with the search bar or Google site search, I figured I'd just ask the veteran PE community for insight. I started JP90 exercises a few weeks ago and have already seen in an increase in blood flow, erection frequency, and hardness. I'm really not looking to increase my girth but rather I'd like to focus my energy on increasing my erect length. I'm looking for permanent firm length gains. I realize that with jelqing/similar exercises I may gain in girth, and I'm OK with that - it's just not what I'm focused on.
My question is should I stick to JP90's after the 90 days and just place more of a stretching emphasis? (this is what I thought intuitively).
Or are other forms of stretching/hanging going to be more effective?Current (12/14/12):

are you sure it's only 6.5 BPEL? That looks a lot bigger than that, especially since it's so thick; usually then the thickness makes it look less long, however it still looks pretty long, you sure it's not closer to 7 or more? you pressing hard on your bone? i just found out this morning i was actually about 7.5 BP not 7 because i wasnt pressing hard enough

I'd like to inflate the 'ol ego and agree, but there really isn't much play in that area and I'm being honest, maybe just slightly bigger than my numbers. What I mean is that my fat pad there is almost nonexistent - almost goes inwards. And I am pressing fairly hard when getting the BP length, which isn't much longer than my non-BP length. I guess it goes more straight out and is very hard without much give or looseness, not sure if that makes sense.
I also know it's generally advised not to be too size-focused or measurement focused, but I gave in after about 10 days, and it does seem to have grown about .25 of an inch in length, but I'm extremely skeptical and prefer to wait at least another month before measuring again.
I'd also add that for length I'm measuring on the top of the shaft, and did a few measurements across a day or two. For girth I am using a flexible tape measure tape mid-shaft. And I'm really only interested in usable length, not BP length if you catch my drift.Last edited by sixtimessix; 12-25-2012 at 05:47 PM.

Get on a stretching routine straight down. Exhaust those ligaments until you don't see gains any more. This is the easiest way to gain length that I know of.

Stretching it consistantly willl give you the permanent gains you want. Do JP90s and then start on some more advanced PE. When you have been doing it for 6 months maybe try some light hanging. But you really need to be properly conditioned for this. Jelqing also helped my legnth as opposed to girth I found

Jelqing gave me both length and girth gains, in proportion--so did stretches. So long
as you are seeing gains, it makes sense to stick with the routine you started with
until you have maxed out on it. Your initial length gains are usually due to improved
EQ.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).
