    Hello guys!

    I just started PE-ing a few weeks ago with a very symple routine:

    10-15 min hot wrap warm up.
    6-8 min basic strech + JAI stretch
    10 min jelqing at 40-50% erection with 3 sec strokes
    20+ min of edging with an ejaculation at the end 90% of the time.

    Anyway i have recently noticed that the veins on my dick have become a lot more pronounced and visible. I started seeing small veins that were not visible before. Also the big vein (dorsal?) is bulging out a bit more than before and all of this while flacid. There is no pain or discomfort of any kind asociated with any of this. So i was wandering if any of you more experienced guys have any advice/opinions. Am i overtraining or is this normal?

    I would say not only normal but very healthy. It proves you are getting teh blood flowing , and since its affecting your entire unit, you've done well at balancing your routine, scrotum to head. Keep up the good work!!!

    Agreed, in my opinion more pronounced veins is definitely a good sign of a successful pe routine!

    sounds ok for me!

    my routine is a bit more jelquin,appr.3 sessions each 100 a day.

    i've got like a meety part sticking out on the top of my dick(not on the nob),not all around,not sore!

    is he growing????

    That routine looks pretty good, especially the 10-15 min warmup. What's the frequency? Every other day?

    About the veins that is normal and it's a good sign! Increased vascularity is definitely a good thing.

    Yes the frequency is every other day.

    Hey Duck, sounds like you might have some swelling going on there if its isolated to a small area. You might need a break and time to heal. This would be a good question for a new thread and you could add more details also.
