Thread: Stiff ligs

First time posting. Never been to this site, but I am into self improvement and seems there is some good info on hear so would like to get all the knowledge I can. I heard about jelqing a year and a half ago and did bouts of 150 reps for maybe 2-3 days a week for 6 months. I never measured so i dont know my actual gains, but all I can say is that it worked. I would warm up in the shower and use vaseline. Is this fine to use? It was easier for me as it didn't rinse off like lotion. I have not jelqed for the past year, but it seems as if my gains remained. So is it true that penis enlargement is permanent if done correctly for the proper amount of time? So thing is now, as I am happy with my penis, but my ligaments seem so stiff. I have always hung to the left and the left side of my penis does not seem to fill with blood as much as the right. If it did I would be very satisfied with my size and feel. What should I do next? I read the 90 day beginners program. Should I just start on that? I really don't know a proper kegle but it seemed my tug or whatever it is was strongest when pulling down. My penis always goes left flaccid or erect and it just bothers me. I've also have a lower back hip injury and I believe this has some to do with it as I can feel the tightness all the way in my muscles on my gooch on my left side. If I stretch good and or have a good day and my penis hangs straight I love its look and feel. I am really just after that while gaining a little size would never hurt either. Sorry for all the questions and my noobie terms, but like I said, first poster. Thanks for reading and your input.
Oh and if I do start a program, I would not like to just do it in the shower anymore as it seems many people on here have programs that require quite a bit of time. I'm hearing a warm wet towel is great to warm up, but what about those heat bead pads that you can throw in the microwave. Would that be fine to use?

Yes you could use vaseline but i find baby oil or any other oil better to be honest.
Gains are permanent if you have cemented them or continue to PE a small bit to maintain them.
JP90s is the best place to start really and if your ligs are stiff you just need to make sure you do all the stretching you can.
Jelqing and stretching will provide you with plenty gains and will help straighten out and strengthen your penis.
You can use the shower as a warm up and continue your routine outside of that when you are done. That is how I structure my routinesStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
