Hey everyone! I'm having quite the interesting problem here with regards to erections & stretching. During/after warm-up, I can't get my penis to return to an 100% flaccid state! Let me explain this more clearly - I wouldn't even call this state an "erection" - I think it has more to do with the fact that the blood vessels and tissues of the penis are warm, and that blood just naturally flows in. And as a side note, I have been doing PE for 1-2 months so I can also say this is NOT the same thing as an actual erection that arises from being aroused by the warm-up (inexperience).
So while I wouldn't call it an erection, I can tell my penis is definitely not 100% flaccid! And no matter what I try, it won't return to a 100% flaccid state! I would have to do one of two things: 1)ejaculate 2)wait a REALLY REALLY long time. 1) is obviously not a valid choice, and if I do 2) I feel like my penis will have cooled down by then and thus not as suitable for doing PE --> I'd probably have to warm up again and thus begins a vicious cycle!
What can I do? Since not only is it supposedly more efficient/healthy to do stretching 100% flaccid, it also makes it physically easier (I find, at least)!

This is common. Rice sock warm ups tend to give me a full flaccid and sometimes even an erection. Simply put, the heat feels good.
Wait for it to return to close to flaccid (even 20% is suitable) for stretching. You may have to coach it down by thinking about rigorous exercise, cold winters and long distance running (or other thoughts of your choosing). Or if you have a good 50%'er going, you can take advantage of it and just get right into your jelqing.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Yeah I've sort of been doing the second option and just getting into my jelqing. But isn't skipping stretching bad for gains?

Don't skip it; just do it later. Either after your jelqing or at a different time of day (like in the morning after a warm shower).

1 or 2 30 second A stretches brings me back to full flaccid.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

It's sub-par, but better than nothing. You want to be able to feel warmth emanating from him - it doesn't have to be burning hot, just a nice full warmth.
