  • Stretching

In the beginner routine, when I do my stretches, I do the following:

    After a 5 to 10 minutes warm up :

Pull and Hold for 30 seconds UP, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, and OUT. I do two sets of this.

Is this the right way to do this ?

Where should I feel or focus the stretch? (Internal, External ?)

Internal or external? Both. I would increase my warm-up to fifteen to twenty minutes. You want your dick as pumped with blood as you can get it before you start your session. A long warm-up is real important.

Should I be trying to acheive an Erection during warm up, and then let it sub side so I can do the stretches?

If you are planning on doing the 90 day routine, you do the stretching portion first.
You want to stay as close to flaccid as you can, for any stretching exercises.

Hi 'hopethisworks' have you lost 0.25" in girth over a month????

            Seems strange.

Anyway i tend to get erect whilst warming up, just make sure your whole dick is warm inclding ligs and i do my balls as well, this means warm up takes longer because you dick is obviously more stretched out when erect.

Maybe a better term would be getting the blood pumping, get your penis and ligs nice and loose. this happens when the blood flow is better. You dont need a hard on have the blood pumping round. like when you do helicopters the blood is pumping round but you havent got a hard on.

                This make sense to you?
