Hi guys,
If you're like me, you don't have a tailor's tape on hand or a sewing supply store next door.
So how do you accurately measure girth?
Thanks to the good folks at Canada Post, I found an accurate, to scale, printable 10" tape measure. They have it on their site for measuring package dimensions - and that's exactly what we can use it for. Measuring our packages.
The link is below.

Download. Print. Cut*. You're in business!
The page will print 3 rulers. Since it's only paper, you can mark it however you like. Track your progress and goals with ease.
Enjoy!
*Scissors not included.
