  • Help with routine :)

    So I have been searching and searching and trying to figure out what is right for me so I can start a good routine. I haven't watched porn this year, I have been doing a gentle kegel/reverse kegel routine and edging 20 minutes at a time just to ease myself into things. I sometimes do JAI stretching in the shower aswell.

    I want to start the JP90 program and I was wondering, how do you guys fit kegels and edging around jelqing?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Kegels can be done at specific points during the day, like at or before/after your meals, or can be programmed in almost like a small routine. There's a 6 1/2 minute kegel routing floating around here somewhere.

    Edging can be fit in on a day of its own if you'd like. Some guys like to choose a day to edge right after their PE session. Since you're new, you've really got to gauge how much work your penis can take in one sitting.

    Getting to the point, I'd say start JP90 and give it a week or two for you to assess how well your penis handles the routine. Then it'll be clearer when you can edge without going overboard.

      Thanks I really appreciate your advice! I will give it a go then, maybe add the rest as I go along?

        Dont worry about edging, in the first 90 it is best to just do the routine.
        Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
