Do a beginner can use side jelq as his PE routine??
i'm just start PE at July 6th 2009..

and btw how to do that side jelq.. can someone give some detail about this jelq, please?
i had a bad.. bad.. curve that look like crescent moon or turtle shell..

You want to stretch the inside of the bend a bit. You can do that by how you angle the OK grip.
