  • Vitamins- Which and how?

    I started the JP90 this week.

    Wondering about which vitamins you guys recommend for consistent and cemented gains.

    I just take multi vitamin and fishoil for everyday living and gym

    I'm actually curious if people can confirm certain vitamins can help PE.

    But serious how can you go wrong with a multi vitamin :P

      I am not a big advocate for supplements to improve PE. I have tried many supplements in the past (for PE and for overall health), most of them are just another way to get you to spend your hard earned money.

      The supplements I do take daily are: A good liquid fish oil & a good quality liquid vitamin D supplement (only during the months when I can’t get enough sun). I take these for overall health not for PE.

      I the past I’ve tried Yohime, horny goat weed, and other “sexual” supplements. I’ve added zinc, ginkgo baloba, and other supplements which are suppose to increase blood flow. I even used generic Viagra for several months with a PE routine to see if it would give me better results. None of these enhanced my PE success.

      My recommendation: Eat a healthy diet (get rid of the process sugar and grains, get plenty of good quality veggies, good quality meats/fish/poultry, and some good fats [olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, fish oil]), get some exercise (cardio, resistance training, and so some sprints or HIIT cardio 1-2 times per week), get plenty of good quality sleep, reduce your stress, and avoid toxins (smoking, drinking, recreational drugs). All of this will improve your health, which in turn will improve your chances of PE success.
      (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
      (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
      Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
      Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.
