Anybody has noticed if one person doesn't eat carbohydrate at evening, before going sleeping the PE benefits can be stronger?

I only eat 120 grams per day. And only about 50 grams is starch.

It's pulverized bear claws, which is usually bought in capsule form.

You just need to "goggle" it (sic!) But be sure to get the high-dose, water-extracted version or you won't get any benefit.
