  • Why you SHOULD believe that PE CAN work

Do you believe that there is life on other planets? Have you seen photos or video of that life? Have you seen the proof? The answer is no. Yet it is a mathematical impossibility that our planet contains the only life in our galaxy, never mind the entire universe.

I use this example to show that sometimes absolute proof should not be required to believe in something if we use our common sense.

Penis enlargement techniques have potentially been around for thousands of years. Jelqing, hand stretching, even hanging. If you research the net you will find strong evidence of PE and penis enhancement dating back to ancient Egypt. So men have sought to increase their penis size for a very very long time. This indicates there must have been some level of success or the knowledge would not have been passed from generation to generation.

Flash forward to the present. We have greater technology. We have the internet where information can be shared worldwide in seconds. You have this free site (The PE Gym) which has over 66,000 members, never mind the lurkers who never actually join. There are other free and paid sites out there as well. By my estimation there must be hundreds of thousands of men who are seeking penis enlargement/enhancement, and many of these men have tried PE in some form. This large demand for PE is another strong indicator that some level of success is possible.

Now you may say, “Sean, large demand doesn’t indicate success.” So let’s add in the result of that high demand. One of the basic laws of economics is ‘if there is a demand someone will provide a supply.’ This is where you tell me, “Sean, people are just trying to make money from other people’s desperation.” I won’t disagree with you. If people see a way to make money they will. Just look at the market for penis enhancement. There are pills, creams, pumps, hangers, jelqing devices, e-books, personal coaches, self hypnosis cds, and countless other paid means that are suppose to help you grow your penis. However, the reality of business is ‘if your product does not provide the appropriate level of customer satisfaction it is destined to fail and fail quickly.’ So, once again the success of some of these products and businesses is a strong indicator that some level of success is possible.

Let’s take a closer look at the free information provided on this and other open forum sites. Here we have thousands upon thousands of men joining an online society to seek the common goal of enlarging/enhancing the penis. Now don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of “trolls” who join forums just to stir up trouble so they can feel better about themselves in their own sick small minded way. But I believe, for the most part, the majority of the members have joined with the sincere hope of growing their penis through the techniques discussed on this form.

“Do the techniques discussed on this site work?” The answer is yes and no. So let’s broaden the discussion with additional questions.

“Is it possible for every man to have success with PE?” In my opinion the answer is probably not. I believe there are men out there who, due to genetics or other unknown reason, will never be able to increase the size of their penis regardless of the techniques used, the effort applied, or the amount of time spent. This is very unfortunate for these men. And even worse, none of us will know if we can succeed without actually attempting PE.

“OK. So let’s say I have the capability of growing, will it work for me?” The answer is, it depends. For every man PE requires: time, effort, motivation, determination, and a willingness to adjust. Many men find this site while seeking to fulfill a desire for self improvement regardless of their reasons. A good portion of those men decide to start a PE routine and, just like New Year’s Day, they make a resolution to stick to that routine. Then, within the first few weeks or months, reality sets in. “This stuff is work! It takes time and effort! I have to do this every day!?! I need privacy to do it!?!” Many men get frustrated and quit. Others find that they just can’t make the time. Others find that they can’t find the privacy. Overall, a large percentage of men end up stopping before they get results. This is normal for most humans. When the cost begins to outweigh the potential benefits we give up. These men will never know if it will work for them because they decide give it up. In some cases the time and effort could have an impact. Too much time & effort can lead to over training which will restrict gains. Too little time & effort and your body will not be given the right amount of stimulation to grow. Some other men will just never discover the technique that will work for them. They may jelq and stretch daily for a year with little or no results, when pumping or hanging would have provided them with success. In some instances the man’s lifestyle outside of PE could prevent gains; smoking, drinking, bad eating habits, lack of exercise, stress, lack of sleep, and other factors could play a role in restricting gains. Each man is conducting their own personal experiment, and like so many scientists, some will find the answer and succeed while others will never find the perfect combination and will fail.

“But there are guys on the site who claim to have gained, what if they are lying?” There is little doubt in my mind that some of those claims are false. Why do people lie about gains? Really, I’m not sure. It could be to garner acclimation, praise and or respect from others. It could be to fool people in an attempt to feel superior. It could be for a number of personal reasons which I can’t explain. However, there is also little doubt in my mind that many men have succeeded in making gains and are posting accurate factually correct information. These men are here with true success stories and often provide accurate data on exactly how they achieved their gains. If you think about it for a moment you will realize that, for the most part, people are good and honest. They genuinely want to share their success and help other to succeed. What worked for them may not work for you, but at least it provides motivation and hope for you to keep striving to achieve your personal PE goals. This too is a strong indicator that PE has worked for others.

“Where’s the proof?” Are you looking for photos, videos, or personal visits from those who succeeded to move forward with your personal PE experiment? Let me tell you, these things might be nice to have but you don’t need them. With today’s technology photos and videos can be faked. I am not saying that all the photos or videos posted on this site are fakes; I am just saying that even if you see photos or videos will you truly believe them? Don’t expect men who have had success to provide you visual proof of their success. Many did not take before pics because they had doubts that PE would work. Many others are never going to post pics of their penis on the web. Honestly, if you need proof positive that PE is possible before you will make the attempt, then you may as well give up now. If you don’t go into a PE routine with faith, or at least strong hope, that it will work then you are more than likely doomed to fail. Remember, this is a free site. There is a huge amount of great information on this site. You have free will and can decide for yourself to attempt PE or to click that little x in the upper right hand corner of your screen and never return to the PE Gym. It is your decision.

So, are you ready to believe? Are you ready to start your own personal penis enlargement experiment? If so, please read and learn as much as you can on this site. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Follow good advice, be safe, and don’t take any unnecessary risks.

Good luck with your PE experiment. I wish you luck and great success in reaching your own personal goals.

You got it dude. If it takes work or effort the vast majority will not bother or quit soon after trying. But to those who aren't limited genetically, if they put in the work they will get results - hopefully more than they even envisioned.

I did PE for 2 years+ without results. I've gained atleast 0.5" now, very likely 0.8". I think being able to enlarge the penis is pretty much a fact for all men. That some never find out what program will help them gain is another matter. Although my gains now could be lig gains and not actualy size, any true girth increase would prove it for me that actual enlargement is possible (plus there is research on an extender that pretty much proves it's possible).

Partly I am a hardgainer. JP90 (after 1 year of PE) didn't do squat, and I guess I lost interest except for jelqing since that improves EQ. I hate failing though so I kept trying different routines.

The biggest change is frequent sessions. 5 times a week with a 2 day break. I used to do 1 on/1 off but that doesn't work for me regardless of how advanced. I remember gaining 1/2" in girth with 2 sessions of Ulis per day, but it didn't stick and I think it was temporary swelling that caused the gain rather then actual size increase. Plus my dick started looking blue/gray from all the iron stuck in the skin due to blood engorgement. Right now I am on Big Al's stretch/squeeze routine and it's really the first and only to ever produce gains. I also warmup differently now, which is nothing more then watching porn for 10 minutes with an erection. Logically it seems the best way to warmup because the blood will warm the penis from the inside instead of outside. Outisde can be warm and inside cold, which hinders PE.

Good suggestion about porn as a warm up. I usually don't warm up because I either don't have time or I'm too lazy... but there's always time for porn

lol. I'm thinking of quitting it and just thinking about wet vagina's for 10 minutes. Considering the whole "porn screws you up" thing. It's atleast worth trying. Much more effort and is probably going to feel like 30 minutes, however...

I'm surprised that PE-ers haven't been quicker to reference the peer-reviewed studies that have come out in just the last few years on extenders. If you're dealing with true skeptics - guys who somehow believe that this forum has thousands of members who might just be making the whole thing up - the way you have to convince them is with recent third party science.

Effect of Penile-Extender Device in Increasing Penile Size in Men with Shortened Penis: Preliminary Results - Nikoobakht - 2010 - The Journal of Sexual Medicine - Wiley Online Library
A pilot phase-II prospective study to test the []efficacy? and tolerability of a penile-extender device in the treatment of []short penis? - Gontero - 2008 - BJU International - Wiley Online Library

Dunno if these links work, but they're to the British Journal of Urology and the Journal of Sexual Medicine, which are pretty reliable sources if you ask me, and they conclude that extenders work for length gains. They're from 2010 and 2008.

Here's one on pumps, also from the BJU:

The role of vacuum pump therapy to mechanically straighten the penis in Peyronie?s disease - Raheem - 2010 - BJU International - Wiley Online Library

Anyway, the point is that studying PE is not as uncommon as it used to be, and the results are actually confirming what the PE community has known for a long time. There's no "proof" for exercises yet - at least not in scholarly journals in the last 5 years - but I bet there will be soon, since a lot of the principles are the same.
