im wondering if this works for girth gains, everytime i get a random hard on throughout the day ill do a uli for about 30secs from light - med , this is all i do would this be enough too see some girth gains or do i need to be doing alot more?

I would say no you need more. Also from another post of yours id say to keep doing length exercises until you reach you length goal. Many guys have dropped stretches and wonder why they quit gaining. Your perveous routine was working why change it now unless you hit a platue.:peace::hippie::rockon::music:
